• Chunky Knit Pumpkin: Assemble three chunky yarn pumpkins in various colors and sizes. 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 9. Aegir Brewing Company, Elk River. $40.
• Pumpkin Painting Workshop: Create a personalized pumpkin by painting a large white faux pumpkin. 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13. Handke Center, Elk River. $39.
• Apple Turnovers From Scratch: Learn to make puff pastry from scratch and fill it with a homemade soft apple filling. 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23. Online. $30.
• Fall Raffia Wreath: Create a fall wreath wall hanging using raffia in various colors, wooden beads and driftwood. 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10. Handke Center, Elk River. $45.
• Apple Cider Donuts and Cocktails: During this cook-along class, learn to recreate baked apple cider donuts at home. Pair the donuts with four apple cider beverages, with grown-up and kid-friendly versions. 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18 (National Apple Cider Day). Online. $30.
