The raw material of DTY yarn is generally made of POY (spinning process is similar to FDY, but with higher elongation), which is processed by stretching and false twisting (called deformation in mainland), and it often has certain elasticity and shrinkage.
DTY is divided into high elasticity 1H (1heater) and low elasticity 2H (2heater). The difference between DTY high and low elastic yarn is that POY is in the process of texturing, whether the texturing machine uses a second heat box, and the yarn is shaped by the second heat box. For low-elastic yarn, a hot box is generally called high-elastic yarn

2 . How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality counter display. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.
3. Do you offer free samples?
Yes,we can provid you free sample but we do not carry the freight cost .please note.
4. What is the MOQ for each item ?
We advise you to order ONE ton at least.
5. What about the lead time for mass production ?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 10 to15 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
